Shipping policy

We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time — here’s what to expect when you shop with The Universal Glow.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Multiple Packages

To get your products to you as quickly as possible, items may ship separately depending on availability. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment if your order arrives in more than one package.

PO Boxes

We can ship to PO Boxes for most items. If your order includes an item that cannot be delivered to a PO Box, we’ll reach out before it’s processed to confirm an alternate address.

Do I Need to Be Home?

Most orders shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx do not require a signature upon delivery. If your carrier requires a signature for delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the package or arrange for pickup.
