Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can start your return here. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions, including where to ship your items. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Sale of final sale items

  • Gift cards

If you have questions about a specific product or concern, please reach out to us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item (following the steps above) and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled after being placed, but must be canceled before they are shipped. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
